Job description
We are looking for a Director of Marketing and Admissions who has experience in both marketing and admissions, and the willingness to support the ambition, values and breadth of the school life.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
I. QUALIFICATIONS (ESSENTIAL)
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Studies, Marketing, PR, etc.
II. EXPERIENCE
· Proven, relevant professional development in education admissions and/or marketing and sales
· 7-10 years’ experience in an Admissions/Marketing role with demonstrated success in growing/increasing sales in a competitive market
• Experience of having worked within a service sector - education sector experience is a bonus
• Experience of working with CRM systems such as Sales Force or Open Apply
• Experience in monitoring competitor market activity
• Experience in using digital and social media trends and tools to influence school recruitment and admissions
• Experience of high-level networking to build creative and mutually beneficial relationships
I. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (ESSENTIAL)
• Strong analytical skills and a proven record of using data and research to support initiatives undertaken
• Ability to build, manage and motivate cross functional high performing teams
• Able to build strong customer advocacy and repeat client loyalty and retention
II. PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND CONDUCT
• The ability to understand and empathize with the ethos and values of SPGS International Schools
• Flexibility to learn and adapt to new cultures and situations
• Willingness to explore innovative approaches from across the educational field
• The ability to uphold the Code of Conduct of SPGS International Schools
• Good communication skills, collaboration skills and teamwork
