We are confidentially recruiting for a Marketing & Sales Director on behalf of our client who have recently been acquired by an AIMS listed plc.
About the job Are you an experienced Marketing and Sales director? Our client is seeking a high calibre commercial leader to develop and deliver an ambitious marketing and sales growth strategy.
Why your role matters Our client is growing and keen for a successful strategic commercial manager to build the next chapter of their international growth story. You will oversee data driven processes, team performance, information and technology across both marketing and sales functions – owning the new business commercial delivery end-to-end.
What you’ll be doing You will maximise the effect of B2B campaigns, develop and deliver successful sales B2B strategies. You will create a high functioning team using a blend of employed, contracted, and affiliate sales agents. You will develop and deliver an ambitious international marketing and sales strategy.
Where you’ll be working The role will be largely based in Wiltshire, but operate internationally. The client will welcome applications from those who are further afield, but there will be around 2-days onsite each week, regular UK travel and occasional international travel expected.
