Here at settle we are looking for a Colleague experience partner to join the Customer experience team. We have started to develop a new approach to colleague and resident engagement, and this role will deliver these ambitions as involving residents and colleagues in the decisions that we make is how we run our business. You will partner with the organisation to be a place where colleagues love to work, with colleague engagement being at the forefront of your role. You will be open minded, resilient, and curious, working closely and collaboratively with customer experience and the people team to deliver joined up services which when delivered achieve positive change.
Requirements
Outline of Key Responsibilities...
- Support delivery of the colleague engagement plan.
- Build strong and trusted relationships with colleagues, forums and key stakeholders across settle.
- Understand and identify opportunities to drive engagement inclusively across all colleagues and business areas.
- Co-ordinate a programme of colleague engagement activities and develop ways of working which promotes the use of digital solutions.
- Lead on engagement feedback via peakon, data analysing to identifying trends and opportunities to drive engagement across teams and demographics.
- Review and research external best practise for colleague engagement making recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with the customer experience and people teams to ensure our offering and plans are aligned.
- Play a supportive role in delivery of the end-to-end colleague experience from employer branding, housewarming, professionalism and ongoing engagement.
- Support the resident and colleague experience manager in delivery of a positively impactful and meaningful colleague experience.
- Pro-actively identify what the potential risks to engagement are and identify the steps to mitigate impact.
- Encourage and drive colleague participation and action across all business areas to support positive change through improvements for not only colleagues but residents too.

- Be a positive role model with excellent interpersonal skills with a colleague focused attitude and the ability to develop strong working relationships to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Proven ability to remain focused and work with others to very tight deadlines across multiple campaigns and projects in a dynamic environment with often changing principles.
- Experience of working in a colleague focused environment engaging effectively with a diverse group of people.
- Collate, analyse and report data into meaningful feedback.
- Demonstrate an enthusiastic attitude towards colleague engagement with the ability to think in creative, innovative ways.
- Make decisions focused on colleague and resident’s needs.
- Think outside the box and be willing to give things a go!
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with a wide range of customers and colleagues.
