Job description
Reed is delighted to be working with a well-established company looking for an experienced and motivated internal communications officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies that engage and inform their workforce.
Reporting directly to the Head of Communications, you will be part of a small team that are looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic self-starter to join them as they embark in many new projects.
This role is an 18 month FTC.
The job
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with company’s goals and values.
- Create and distribute engaging and informative content across various internal communication channels, including email, intranet, and social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that internal communications are consistent and aligned with external messaging.
- Monitor and analyse internal communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage internal communication projects from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The person specification
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
