Position: Valuer/Negotiator
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 Basic (Dependent on Experience)
OTE: £35,000 +

We're on the hunt for a Valuer/Negotiator who can charm properties into revealing their true worth and turn negotiations into a delightful dance.
The ideal candidate will have the finesse of a diplomat, the tenacity of a bulldog and the wit to keep clients and colleagues entertained even during the most stressful transactions.
Key Responsibilities: - Utilise current estate agency experience to effectively value properties and negotiate deals.
- Display strong motivation and drive to achieve and exceed targets consistently.
- Showcase a history of success within the estate agency sector, highlighting achievements in winning new business and closing deals.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate team members to achieve collective and individual goals.
- Maintain a polished and professional demeanour while delivering excellent presentations and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Provide clear vision and direction to the branch, fostering an environment of growth and development.
Essential Qualifications and Experience: - Proven experience in estate agency, with a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and effectively lead a team towards shared objectives.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and maximising opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with a professional appearance and demeanour.
