Job description
A groundbreaking SaaS platform is recruiting Sales Executives with software sales experience. The software helps charities and care providers build communities and reduce loneliness. They have a direct impact on improving the well-being of users.
This is a fully remote role, complemented by in-person meetups where necessary.
THE JOB:
- They have already developed a solution that warmups leads. You will be responsible for closing the leads.
- Typically, you will work at C-Suite and other key stakeholders.
- After initially identifying requirements via a Zoom call, you will then offer a relevant trial. Subject to success, you will then close annual contracts of small-to-medium value.
- Throughout, you must maintain sales momentum, overcome objections, negotiate terms and increase the value of opportunities.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous software sales experience
- Or a solutions sales executive seeking a lateral move into SaaS.
- A hunter mentality, thriving on the chase.
- Able to quickly build rapport and establish relationships, even when remotely.
- Give compelling product demonstrations
- Operate independently, able to manage your own time and solve your own problems
This job is NOT suitable for someone who requires a lot of processes and hand-holding, struggles to use technology, or is content with a basic salary.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Up to £40,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission taking OTE to £70,000
