Job description
Robert Half is currently working with an exciting automotive manufacturing business based in West London, to recruit a Systems Accountant on an interim basis. This role will initially be for 3 months with the potential to extend.
The Role
As Systems Accountant you will look after:
- Assist the finance team in establishing robust and controlled financial processes to accommodate the business's expansion
- Collaborate with the Finance Process and Systems Manager in cross-functional team discussions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of finance requirements and their incorporation.
- Conduct thorough testing of new systems to verify their alignment with the needs and specifications of the finance team.
- Aid in managing master data requirements for the finance team within the ERP system.
- Contribute to the purchasing (RFQ) process for new financial systems.
- Deliver training sessions to finance team members, focusing on best practices for systems and processes.
Your Profile
- Qualified accountant (Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) or qualified by experience
- Strong technical accounting background, or similar experience in a previous role
- You will be accuracy-focused, and results-oriented, seeking a hands-on and rewarding role.

Our client is a reputable manufacturing business, who are looking for an experienced Systems Accountant.
Salary & Benefits
This role will be paying a day rate between £300-£350 per day, dependant on experience.
The role will be based in their West London office but can have a flexible home working offering.
