About the Role:

Paragon Education is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Teacher of Design Technology to join a vibrant school in Evesham. This full-time position is due to commence in September, offering the chance to inspire students and contribute to their creative and technical development in the field of Design Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Design Technology, covering a range of topics such as product design, engineering, and digital manufacturing.
Provide practical hands-on activities to develop students' technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Foster creativity and innovation through project-based learning and design challenges.
Support students in developing their understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Specialism or experience in teaching Design Technology at the secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students to pursue careers in design, engineering, and related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities.
