Are you passionate about outdoor education and inspiring young minds? GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Forest School Lead to join our team in Bromley. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the learning experiences of students in a dynamic outdoor environment.
Main Duties: - Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Forest School sessions.
- Promote outdoor learning and the ethos of Forest Schools.
- Create and maintain a supportive and safe learning environment.
- Monitor and record student development and progress.
- Ensure the health and safety of all participants.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with school staff and parents.
- Adhere to relevant policies.
Requirements: - Experience in outdoor education or similar roles.
- Passion for inspiring and motivating students.
- Ability to work effectively in unpredictable weather conditions.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
