Our salaried carers obtain mortgages and work a 2 week shift pattern that provides designated days off.
During the tough times, we provide free face-to-face counselling with a UK-based support line available 24/7 to support you through a whole range of life’s issues.
Our staff can draw their earnings immediately, 24 hours a day. All our systems are electronic and provide fully itemised payslips.
We only want to work with those who care and show compassion for vulnerable people.
