The successful candidate will join in delivering an exciting programme of employability support. This role will provide one to one employability support to employed individuals to help them overcome their barriers to Development opportunities with the goal of increasing hours, learning new skills or move into alternative Employment to increase income. The ideal candidate will be empathetic and proactive with a creative and innovative approach to engagement and employability support with excellent interpersonal skills.
