Job description
This exciting opportunity is designed for individuals without any previous experience or formal outdoor qualifications but who possess a genuine passion for the outdoors. We will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to excel as an instructor in a variety of exciting and exhilarating activities.
Highlights:
4-week intensive training program valued at approximately £2000.
Accommodation is offered free of charge during your training period
Following your initial training, you will have the opportunity to undertake paid work for us during the summer 2024 season

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Assist in providing high-quality instruction to all students within the group once qualified
Learn to instruct a variety of activities under the supervision of the Senior Team
Learn to deliver evening entertainment activities as directed by the Senior Team
Maintain standards of tuition for practical elements, ensuring group safety and welfare
Be a positive role model, demonstrating the expected attitudes, values, and behavior to students
Deliver activities in line with company and local operating procedures
Comply with health and safety/operating policies and procedures
Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people, raising concerns following protocol
Ensure clients and staff follow safety procedures and policies
Carry out equipment checks and maintain equipment stores inventory
Perform basic maintenance and equipment repairs or dispatch faulty equipment for repair
Engage in general center duties such as assisting in the kitchen and maintaining cleanliness.
