Job description
1.Supervise all staff and deal with customer and staff related matters,
including assisting waiters and kitchen staff when required to ensure
that customer orders are processed in a timely manner and to
monitor food quality and presentation standards consistently.
2. Review food stock levels with Chefs, negotiate with suppliers,
authorize orders for the supply of products and check invoices and
prices.
3. Deal with customer queries and complaints and ensure a
satisfactory and timely response having regard to customer
satisfaction and to maintain good customer relationship.
5. Identify staff training needs, train staff and or arrange in house or
external training as appropriate.
6. Manager will represent the business in a positive
light and supervise and deal with all aspects of running the
restaurant productively.
7. Manager will carry out spot checks to ensure health
and safety procedures are being complied with and complete daily
monitoring forms as relevant.
