Description: 

Part-time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days per week (FLEXIBLE) in a NEWLY REFURBISHED & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. 
•    £12.50+ per UDA
•    EXCELLENT PRIVATE POTENTIAL (£3K-£4K PER MONTH+)

•    50% split on private
•    Practicing principal and full-time Therapist
•    Refurbished surgeries
•    Fully computerised surgeries
•    iTero scanner
•    Digital x-rays
•    Rotary Endo
•    Belmont Chairs
•    Practice manager and qualified nursing team on-site
•    Hygienist and Therapist on site
•    Stable and well maintained patient list - Inheriting a stable patient base
•    Patient finance plans available
•    On-site parking
•    Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
