Job description
Pure are working with a well established organisation who are looking for a experienced Property Administrator based in Chelmsford. As a property administrator you will be supporting the head of property and wider team.
Main Duties:- Providing effective administrative support to the Head of Property and the property team.
- Arrangement and recording of departmental meetings and liaison meetings with solicitors and agents
- Updating, and inputting data on database
- Management of property files
- Administration of works tenders
- Providing cover for the property helpdesk
- Supporting the Head of Property with the sale and acquisition of new properties through completion of relevant administrative duties.
- Managing the legal deeds, filing of documents, booking and tracking of files on loans.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years Administration experience within a property or similar role
- Experience of arranging meetings and preparing documentments
- Handling Property Maintenance repair enquiries
- Experience of handling administration processes for Property Sales and leases
- Experience in all Microsoft packages including Zoom and Teams
