We are looking for someone passionate about being part of a wholesale team for a fashion e-commerce business and ready to learn and grow in a team environment. In this role, you will ensure that our wholesale department continually operates to its optimum and full potential. Based within our Brighton HQ, you will communicate and liaise with wholesale customers to represent our brand and products best. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our clients and customers - optimising sales and growth. If this sounds like you, please read on!
What You’ll Do:
- Reconcile supplier and wholesale statements and invoices.
- Perform data entry, checking and general reconciliation.
- Process expenses and ad-hoc purchases.
- Adhere and recommend improvements to defined policies and practices for wholesale operations.
- Create refunds and handle disputes.
- Provide additional administrative support to ensure smooth operations, including periodic reports.
- Support with the B2B website look, feel and operating model.
- Manage the B2B and Wholesale catalogue collection, including managing the B2B platform with any image changes.
- Support on invoicing for each account and ensure our finance team have the relevant records needed.
- Support on data collection to ensure the Wholesale monthly reports are accurate and submitted on time.
- Support with account queries with the Wholesale Lead.
- Supply cross-selling and upsell possibilities for the accounts and the B2B platform.

Your Experience Includes:
- Experience in administration or working as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage different projects simultaneously.
Bonus If You:
- Have experience working as part of a fashion brand, within a fast-paced wholesale team.
- Have experience working with different accounts and customers.
- Have a passion or affinity for alternative lifestyle/fashion or KILLSTAR’s products.
Work Location and Hours:
This role will be based at our Brighton HQ, United Kingdom. This role will be performed on a hybrid working arrangement, consisting of a minimum of 3 Days per week in the office, and 2 Days working from home.
This role is a full-time position of 37.5 hours, with hours worked between 08:00am – 06:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
