Assessment: Conducting thorough assessments of patients physical conditions, including evaluating their range of motion, muscle strength, joint flexibility, and functional abilities.
Diagnosis: Formulating a diagnosis based on the assessment findings and medical history to identify the underlying causes of patients physical impairments.
Treatment Planning: Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to patients specific needs and goals. This may involve setting short-term and long-term objectives for rehabilitation.
