Job description
This role offers an experienced corporate solicitor the opportunity to undertake a high quality caseload of corporate and commercial work. The firm are recognised across the region for their outstanding client care and this is reflected in their recommendations/referrals. You will join a dynamic team where you will manage your own transactions working alongside a supportive team and we are seeking someone who is commercially minded and can demonstrate a wealth of corporate experience. The role will involve transactional work in a range of areas covering:
The role will also see you supervising junior colleagues within the team and the ideal candidate will also be required to contribute to all aspects of client generation, relationship management and business development.
You will possess excellent communication skills and be ambitious to develop your skills and career long-term. You should be able to demonstrate a solid grounding in corporate and commercial work and you will encouraged to undertake further training and development opportunities.
