As the VP of Architecture at Ideagen, you will have responsibility for the architectural vision, strategy, and technical direction of our platform and products. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering state-of-the-art and innovative software solutions. As a senior leader, reporting directly to the CTO, you will collaborate with stakeholders to establish the architectural vision and ensure it is aligned to the business strategy and objective.
- The overall architecture strategy and technical direction for our platform and products
- Leading a global team of highly skilled architects, whose primarily role is to accelerate the delivery of highly available, scalable, and secure software solutions for our customers.
- Passionate advocate for continuous improvement, inspiring others to embrace change and adopt innovative approaches to problem-solving.
- Drive the adoption of industry best practices, standards, and architectural principles
- Implement a lean process for architecture oversight, and alignment to the reference architecture.
- Implement a technology radar, and evaluation process to standardize our use of tools, techniques, platforms, languages and frameworks.
- Build and delivery a rolling roadmap for any technical debt and risks related to current software solutions
- Collaborate with our Head of Cyber to ensure our solutions are secure, and we are implementing best in class practices in our SSDLC
- Experience in leading software architecture, design, and development
- Experience in Software Development Roles
- Proven track record in building software products at scale
- Highly proficient with in at least one programming language
- Experience in Cloud Platforms and related technologies
- Highly skilled in Data Architecture
- Expertise in AI and ML frameworks, design, and implementation
