Job description
TSD is a leading technical integration and engineering company that specializes in bespoke applications, e-commerce, and systems integration. We work on a variety of projects, ranging from real-time bidding systems and high-traffic e-commerce websites to big-data analytics and high-speed transactional middleware.
As an Application Support Engineer at TSD, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. You will work closely with our engineering team to resolve issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions. In addition, you will be responsible for documenting support processes and creating knowledge base articles to help improve the efficiency of our support services.
Our support engineers work with a wide range of technologies, including but not limited to C#, .NET Framework & .NET Core, SQL, and Azure. You will collaborate with our development and operations teams to analyse logs, monitor system performance, and identify areas for improvement.
This is a full-time, remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere. Our team is spread all over the UK, and we've been successfully working remotely for over 10 years.
Requirements
Full-time role (37.5hrs pw), fully remote, Application Support Engineer with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. Experience with technologies such as C#, .NET Framework & .NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure (App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, Service Bus), would be useful, but not essential.
