Job Opportunities: Senior Chef De Partie / Sous Chef
Location: Burnley
Type: Full time 40-45 hours per week.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
We are delighted to be working with a fantastic client seeking to add a couple of experienced and dynamic chefs to their brigade at this popular countryside eatery with rooms.
We are wanting to speak with experienced candidates generating from a busy high quality, fresh food operation wanting a new and exciting challenge at this fantastic award-winning venue.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience working in a high volume, high quality fresh food kitchen.
• Passionate about working with high quality fresh ingredients and working with seasonal menus.
• Highly organised with excellent communications skills.
• Some experience with event and large-scale catering.
• High level attention to detail.
Role Responsibilities:
• Working closely with the Head Chef and deputising in their absence.
• Be part of the seasonal menu development.
• Train & develop new and existing team.
• Stock control, placing orders, working and negotiating with suppliers.
• Working within budgets to ensure profitability.
• Ensure that hygiene and safety is consistently adhered to.
• Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure high quality food and service is delivered.
