TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE ROLE? The Aftersales Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth post-sales operations and delivering outstanding support to a wide-ranging customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agricultural machinery, excellent organisational skills, and a customer-centric approach. Principal activities are centred around the successful delivery of parts management, customer support and service scheduling, warranty administration, documentation and reporting.

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES DO I NEED?

• You’ll have proven experience in a similar role within the agricultural machinery sector
• You’ll show a strong technical knowledge of agricultural machinery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
• You’re proficient in computer systems and software applications for scheduling, inventory management and documentation
• You can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• You’ll bring a highly customer-focused mindset to the role, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• You have the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including occasional weekend or after-hours support
• You should reside in or be prepared to relocate to Yorkshire, and possess a clean UK driving licence
