TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE ROLE? The Aftersales Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth post-sales operations and delivering outstanding support to a wide-ranging customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agricultural machinery, excellent organisational skills, and a customer-centric approach. Principal activities are centred around the successful delivery of parts management, customer support and service scheduling, warranty administration, documentation and reporting.
