Great news Heating Engineers, CES - Multi award winning national energy efficiency winners for 2023, are recruiting a Site Manager due to further growth within their department!
If you have a wealth of experience in the heating industry with Air Source Heat Pump Installers and want to share your expertise with others this is the job for you!
The Site Manager will form part of an existing highly motivated and driven team. The role will be to ultimately ensure quality & efficiency throughout our nationwide Air Source Heat Pump Installations.
The role will require 4 days of site-based work and 1 day in the office - usually a Friday. The office work will be in our Head Office - Swansea Marina - and site work will cover Wales and South West of England. Please note this role will involve stay aways. We will provide a company vehicle and fuel card.
The Site Manager will be responsible for:
● Day to day communications between install teams & the office team
● Support new teams on their Air Source Heat Pump Installation
● Ensure quality is guaranteed
● Onboard new teams onsite pre installation
● Information gathering for our central system
● Work in partnership with the customer
The ideal candidate will have:
● A wealth of heating engineering experience - preferably in Air Source Heat Pumps
● Be customer focused
● Excellent communication skills
● Strong motivation & leadership skills
● Good computer literacy - MS Outlook, Excel & Google-docs
● Strong work ethic & integrity
● Highly self motivated
