Urgent requirements for a market leading organisation based on the edge of Blackpool. This is a permanent role and the succesfull candidate will have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail with the ability to constantly look to improve ways of working and equally be able to hit the ground running.

• Preparation of Trial Balance and supporting schedules within deadlines.
• Preparation of month end accounts and Board pack including commentary.
• Reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts
• Liaising with overhead budget holders to promote understanding of performance against Budget.
• Management of commission process.
• Preparation of overhead Budgets and Forecasts.
• Produce ad hoc commercial analysis when require by senior management
• Assisting with the annual audit process including liaising with external auditors
• Production of tax packs and supporting schedules.

Successful candidates should ideally be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous commercial experience
• Ability to constantly assess and improve processes
