Employment Law Solicitor, Yeovil

You : You will have trained and gained experience in a noted Employment Law team handling a mixed bag of good quality work. You will have problem solving skills and be a strong negotiator with interpersonal skills.

The role :
Ideal Candidate will be:
- Experienced advising on practical application of employment law
- Ability to provide commercial solutions to everyday problems and avoid litigation
- Experienced in representing both employee and employer ideally
- Practical experience of TUPE and redundancy consultation
- A team player
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Desire to be a part of a growing business
Duties include:
- Building close relationships with clients
- Representing clients through tribunal process
- Business development
- Marketing initiatives
- Provide practical legal advice on day-to-day employment issues
- Performance
- Sickness/Absence management
- Disciplinary hearings
- Grievance process
- Discrimination issues
- Dismissal
- Restructures
- Redundancies
- Sales and mergers
- Exit packages
