We're recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at the 4 red star The Fish Hotel, here in the beautiful Cotswolds.

Family owned and part of the Small Luxury Hotels collection, here at The Fish Hotel we serve stunning, sustainable Cornish seafood in a luxurious rustic woodland setting on our 600 acre Cotswolds Estate - it's the perfect place to escape city life and breathe some fresh air into your career. Working in our 2 AA Rosette kitchen, you'll join a hardworking and organised team. The kitchen features top-of-the-range equipment, and with ongoing investment into the department, it really is a excellent work environment. With events, working lunches, and a pizza menu for our bar and room service, every day is different and there is so much to learn! 

All chefs' career development is a core focus for us, and at Farncombe we have many opportunities for you to gain new skills and experience a wide variety of menus, restaurant styles and sizes, all featuring the very best of fresh ingredients. With Dormy House (3 AA rosette and 4 AA rosette restaurants/tasting menu) and Foxhill Manor (unique menu-less top end kitchen) also on the Estate, it's a unique opportunity for any chef serious about their career to join and experience.

We offer a great salary of £32,448 per year, plus service charge (around £3,000-£3,500 per year), meals on duty and uniform. This is for a 48 hour per week contract, working 5 days out of 7.

Due to our rural location, you will require your own transport (WR12 7LJ) or we can offer live-in accommodation just 5 minutes' walk from The Fish for £256pcm including bills.
