Salary: £31,364 FTE / 21 or 28 hours per week
Do you have a passion for working with children and families? You could help children and families overcome social, emotional and practical difficulties.
Welcare is recruiting two experienced part-time Family Support Workers to deliver a broad-based preventative support service for families with children up to the age of 13 in partnership with schools, churches, the local authority and other agencies, in South West London.
If you have experience of facilitating group work programmes and an enthusiasm for helping families to make a positive change, they would love to hear from you.
You will be delivering practical and emotional support to enhance the life chances of children who have experienced domestic abuse and social isolation through one-to-one support and group work programmes.
The post requires working with families in person and online remote working. The office base is in Barnes at the Castelnau Community Centre.
