Job description

What you will do in your working day

• Resolve incidents by reproducing them on test platforms and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Participate in day-to-day activities, including team and project meetings.
• Contribute to implementing best practices for Salesforce’s tool maintenance.
• Engage in workshops to gather and understand business requirements.
• Receive mentoring while working towards industry recognised Salesforce Administrator Certifications with time given for self-study using Salesforce’s Trailhead Platform.
• Gain knowledge around executing codes to Salesforce environments.
• Learn how to effectively manage users in day-to-day incidents.

The training you will be getting

• For the duration of your programme, you’ll study towards a Saleforce Administrator qualification. Undertaking the Level 3 Digital Support Technician (Application Technician Route) qualification and gaining the Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
• You’ll spend 80% of your time in work and 20% on your studies.
• On-demand learning content through LDN’s Learning Hub and Trailhead. Monthly live sessions with Salesforce Certified Skills Coaches, monthly 1-2-1 coaching sessions for all apprentices. Quarterly masterclasses with industry experts.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

• After the apprenticeship there is potential for a full time permanent contract.
