A Senior opportunity is available within a highly successful law firm with offices across the South and providing legal advice across multiple disciplines. The opportunity is part of further expansion and requires a Solicitor at Senior Associate or Partner level to join their Banking and Finance department.
The Banking and Finance department are a collaborative, commercially focused, cost effective team who are well versed in the complexities of this fast-moving sector providing expert advice to both financial institutions and those looking to raise funds.
Recognised as experts in a broad range of banking and finance matters. Their banking solicitors sit on advisory panels of most major UK banks and a number of other institutional lenders. They also act for a wide range of corporate and individual borrower clients.
The department provides commercially aware, no nonsense advice tailored to the client's individual needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a 7+ PQE lawyer looking for their next challenge.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience at either a city or leading regional practice, and take an active role in marketing and business development.
The successful candidate will have a network of existing relationships, possess a strong reputation in the area together with sound technical and procedural knowledge. Candidates will also need to have strong organisation skills and be dynamic in their approach.
