Duties for the Home Manager: - Ensuring the smooth running of the home
- Ensuring compliance of the home and build its CQC report
- Managing staff and rotas to create an efficient staff team
- Responsible for understanding and complying with statutory and legal requirements
- Build the care homes business and work within its marketing and sales
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and a warm and caring personality.
Requirements for the Home Manager: - An experienced manager with at least 2 years registered experience/ Relevant qualifications
- Good understanding of CQC and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of working within an elderly and dementia environment
- Strong leadership skills and staff management
