Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented Clinical Pharmacist to join a reputable private hospital located in Stirling, UK. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients within the hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

Conducting medication reviews and assessments

Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy

Providing drug information and education to patients and healthcare staff

Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings

Contributing to the development and implementation of pharmacy services

Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

Requirements:

Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution

Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

Proven experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist in a hospital setting

Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
