A very good client of mine is looking for a Part Time Executive Team Assistant working 20 hours a week ideally across 5 days but this can be from home of office based or even hybrid!
Job:
To support the busy exec team in delivering to a high standard. Their most senior clients demand a high level of service and the Exec Team Assistant must be able to provide first-class client service to them. The ability to assist with the demands of the Exec Team and to make their role easier is essential.
- Client liaison to organise meetings and information as required
- Build great relationships with senior-level clients so that they, over time, come to you instead of the Exec Team
- Assist Exec team with information and work with others to ensure the document is completed prior to the deadline
- Assist with proof-reading of client-facing documentation so a keen eye for detail is a must
Essential
- Excellent email and phone manner
- Manage multiple email and calendar accounts
- Be able to prioritise workload to ensure clients feel they are the most important client
- Clear communication skills – able to explain complex projects to many different parties
- Able to adapt to changes in time demands
- Able to use Microsoft Office packages, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer to an advanced level.
- Able to prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Flexible in hours and demands on self
- Have worked with/ for blue chip companies
- Ability to talk to senior management staff knowledgeably and build strong relationships with them
- Worked as a senior administrator/ PA
