Job Description
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues.
- Manage employee relations cases ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Support in the recruitment and induction process for new employees.
- Oversee the performance management process.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics.
- Manage and maintain HR records and documentation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Experience working in a similar HR role in industry.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and databases.
- An approachable and professional manner.
- Available to work on site in Merseyside 3 days a week with bi-monthly travel to our manufacturing site in Herefordshire.
