A well-established, full service, Top 100 law firm with a National presence is seeking to bolster its Corporate Team in Bristol through adding a talented 5PQE (+) Corporate Associate.

The firm is renowned for its commercially minded, entrepreneurial approach and significant growth has been enjoyed over recent years.

The Opportunity:

This is a chance for a Corporate Solicitor to support a wide range of institutional investors, banks, management teams, investee and portfolio companies on the full life cycle of private equity transactions.

In this role, you will be immersed and valued quickly. Whilst managing your own caseload you will also be given scope to drive new business activity. Your ability to build trusting relationships with your clients and gain an appreciation of their challenges will offer you the grounds to creatively provide solutions.

What’s needed to be considered?

• Be a qualified Corporate Solicitor of 4 PQE (+)
• Working knowledge of Private Equity
• Experience of working with Entrepreneurial Private Companies
• Experience of working with large corporates and investment portfolios
• A client centric approach
• A flair for business development
• Strong work ethic
