Head of Electronics:

• Interdepartmental communication skills and gravitas to lead multi–disciplinary teams and drive next generation electronic product development from concept through to delivery in medium volume manufacturing environments
• People management experience
• Emphasis on electronic product development and delivery
• Highly technical hands–on background in electronic hardware product development, including hardware architecture (baseband, RF, analogue, high speed digital design)
• Innovation, continuous improvement and change management

You will join a thriving business, shaping the way the RF and baseband teams deliver products to market. As Head of Electronics, you will provide the vision, technical strategic direction and manage your teams through the change in technology, all the while keeping a continuous improvement focus for a team of 20 Engineers in an Agile/Waterfall environment. Role: Head of Electronics
Location: Cambridge
Salary: GBP90–110K plus bonus (company performance related typically pays 5–6%), pension, private healthcare, dental plan, income protection plan, free parking, great restaurant facilities and an early finish on Fridays!
