Cover Supply Teacher for Primary School
Are you a flexible and adaptable teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in primary education? We are seeking a Cover Supply Teacher to join our team at a primary school to provide support across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 as required.
- Provide cover for absent teachers, ensuring a smooth continuation of learning.
- Effectively manage classrooms, including handling high SEN and behavioral moments with professionalism and care.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students in each class.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Additional Notes:
- Our school caters to students with diverse needs, including those with behavioral challenges. The successful candidate will need to be able to effectively manage challenging behaviors and support students in focusing on their work.
- Experience working with children with SEN, behavioral challenges, ADHD, and autism is highly desirable.
