Role - New Car Business Manager
Location - Stockport
Salary - £32,000 OTE £57,000 plus Car!

Richard Abson Group are currently assisting a premium car dealership in Stockport to find them an experienced Business Manager (New Cars).

Your role will be to…

* Focus on the sales strategy to increase sales revenue and profit in accordance with a growth plan and retention of current customers.

* Ensure compliance to the dealership and regulatory sales processes in order to treat customers fairly.

* Adheres to retail policies in compliance with legal and manufacturer guidelines in order to pass internal/external audits.

* Achievement of customer satisfaction and brand standard requirements for brand partners.

* Ensures Sales Executives are committed to customer satisfaction and process excellence.

* Facilitator for all Sales Executives ensuring they are trained and reviewed to the required standards and to support the sales team through coaching and development.

* Maintain relationships with internal colleagues, brand partners, finance and insurance partners.

* Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills are vital for this role.

* You must be able to adapt to each customer and ensure the finance package is tailored to their individual needs.

* You will have experience as a Business Manager, Sales Controller, Transaction Manager or Senior Sales Executive.

You’ll work Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm, every other weekend off, plus a day in the week every week! Lead a team of 6 New Car Sales Executive. The
dealership is offering a basic salary of £32,000 OTE £57,000 and company car!
