Job description
Themis Recruit are currently seeking a solicitor with between NQ and 5 years PQE to join our Clients Disease Litigation Team primarily located in their Liverpool office. However we welcome applications from candidates residing in other regions as well.
The team specializes in a comprehensive spectrum of industrial disease cases primarily representing prominent insurance clients.
In this role you will initially be responsible for managing a modest caseload of litigated claims related to noiseinduced hearing loss. Additionally you will provide support to Partners and Principal Associates in handling complex cases with a specific focus on asbestosrelated claims. This opportunity allows you to become part of a wellestablished and experienced team that deals with a diverse range of legal matters collaborating with professionals at all levels of expertise.
Requirements
- A qualified Solicitor NQ to 5YRS PQE
Litigation experience - Extensive litigation experience with proven technical ability and record of achievement
- Ability to work to deadlines / targets to prioritise and manage a caseload and deliver effective solutions
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative with a positive attitude
- A commercial solutiondriven and clientfocused approach
- Strong legal and analytical skills with an eye for detail
