My client is currently looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their dynamic legal team, where they foster a modern and collaborative working environment. Their committed lawyers are highly regarded in their respective areas of expertise. Role Overview:

They are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Private Client Solicitor (5 years PQE plus) or Legal Executive (5 years plus) to contribute to their expanding team.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of private client experience and the ability to manage a diverse case load. Key responsibilities include addressing inheritance tax issues, handling trusts (including drafting trust documents), powers of attorney, and similar documents. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients empathetically are essential for success in this role.
