-Chelmsford or London location with the opportunity for Hybrid working

-We want to hear from Business Developers from outside recruitment who feel they have transferable skills

-Also a fantastic opportunity for a senior recruitment consultant who thrives on winning new business and a client interface

-Opportunity for the successful candidate to progress to Business Development Manager within their first year

-Fantastic basic salary plus generous commission structure

With a dynamic leadership team at the helm, Eurobase People is about to enter it's next phase of growth and we now require a talented individual with proven success in Business Development to assist us in our ambitious plans

Ideally a Business Development specialist in their current role or a successful 360 consultant who would relish the challenge of focusing purely on BD, we are looking above all for an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial acumen, an enthusiastic team player, with a passion for service and relationship building.

What is the purpose of this role?

To execute our Business Development strategy and generate new business leads within our target markets, utilising a number of recruitment tools, working in close partnership with our internal Marketing specialist and above all representing our highly regarded brand in the world of Tech.

The role reports directly into our MD and so will offer unique coaching opportunities as well as a the chance to shape the future of the business.

A clear development programme is in place which means that those who aspire to move into a leadership role will be fully supported and receive bespoke training to reach their career goals.

What will you be doing?

Establishing and delivering a Business Development strategy in conjunction with our MD and Sales and Operations director, that supports our planned growth in our target markets

Researching and producing market maps and gathering client intelligence

Striving to exceed personal KPI's and targets

Generating warm leads with target clients utilising all available tools and marketing materials

Working closely with our Marketing Executive to design and implement strategic marketing campaigns to attract target clients

Representing our brand effectively and positively promoting our full range of services and recruitment solutions

Meeting with clients face to face as and when required to make introductions and provide a seamless service

Acting as a deputy to the Sales and Operations Director, supporting the sales floor in their absence

Working collaboratively across the business, sharing knowledge and expertise

Who are we looking for?

-Individuals with a minimum of 3 years BD experience

-A driven, focused individual with strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to make effective outbound BD calls

-An outgoing, team player who enjoys developing others

-A self-starter, that has ambitions for personal growth and development

-An individual who believes passionately about service and can deliver our Exceeding Expectation values
