Our Client is now recruiting a Team leader to join their well-established team to join their Out-patients department.

Duties and responsibilities:

• You will be working in a very busy Outpatient department, looking after a variety of patients while providing outstanding care.
• You will be performing minor procedures, taking bloods and providing wound care
• Taking charge of shift and ensuing the clinic runs smoothly

• Supporting The Out Patient Manager and Senior Staff Nurses to enable them to support Nurses and HCAs
• Supporting the Out Patient Manager to move the department forward as they undergo a period of change and growth 

• Conducting internal audits

Who we're looking for:

• Be NMC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
• Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills
