Job description
Are you a Residential Property Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer seeking a new challenge in a role which offers Partnership?
Our client is an established property practice with offices in Canterbury & London, acting for a range of clients including private individuals (some HNW), BTL investors and developers.
You will be dealing with an existing caseload of Residential Property matters including the sale/purchase and re-mortgage of freehold properties and land, the sale and purchases of leasehold apartments, dealing with lease extensions and the acquisition of land for development.
The successful individual will have full secretarial and admin support whilst working alongside both the firms Canterbury and London (City) property departments. Any additional experience with Private Client work including Probate & Estate matters, Wills, LPAs or Trusts would be an added advantage.
This role offers a generous salary, Partnership prospects and the chance to work remotely (days TBC).
