Are you a recent UK based Mathematics subject graduate eager to find a full-time role where you can utilise your degree subject knowledge to the benefit of others as a Mathematics Support Tutor?
i-teachers are currently working with a forward-thinking and inclusive secondary academy in the Gateshead area who are eager to find a knowledgeable, supportive and inspiring Mathematics Support Tutor to conduct tailored 1:1 support to KS3 & KS4 students in a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year.

Mathematics Support Tutor – Role Information:
- Mathematics Support Tutor – Immediate Start!
- Located in Gateshead (NE2)
- Based in one secondary academy – Monday to Friday role
- Paid £450 per week during term time only
- Multiple FREE online CPD courses – SEN, Managing Behaviour & Mental Health
- Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group support for KS3 & KS4 Maths students
- Tailoring sessions to improve students academic weak points
- Interviewing for role shortly – Apply ASAP!
Mathematics Support Tutor – Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 UK based Maths, Economics or Engineering university degree
- Strong academic background
- Prior experience working with young people
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Passionate about a career working with children
- Ability to build immediate rapport with adolescents
