The role: Opportunity for an ambitious Charities Senior Solicitor 5+ years PQE or CILEX to join a practice that is currently in growth mode, to be based out of Cardiff. This Charities team advises a range of charity clients including a significant number of social housing organisations that are registered with the FCA, sporting and military charities, educational institutes, faith-based organisations and membership bodies. As such, they are looking to welcome an experienced Solicitor who has excellent knowledge of charity law, with experience of governance and charities within group structures being a distinct advantage. The role will involve providing advice directly to charities and sign-posting them to other specialists within the firm to ensure that they comply with their complex legal and regulatory requirements whilst maintaining their commercial interests.
