Find out if a career in care is right for you –  take our short quiz here Job Advert Location Description **Due to the remote location of Blair House it is essential that our support worker can drive to the site or be dropped off/picked up. The Address is: Blair House, Skirth Road, Billinghay, Lincoln, LN4 4AY** **Due to a genuine requirement of our residents at Blair House, we require female Health Care Assistants only* Job Advert Role Description We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of support workers at our site in the in a the picturesque village of Billinghay. We are looking for someone to work nights - the shifts are 8.30pm to 8am. Billinghay is a rural village without any links to public transport and as such car driving is essential. Blair House provides assessment and support for adults living with different degrees of learning disabilities. Our grade II listed building, set next to the ancient Roman Kae Dyke, has been extensively refurbished and extended to provide enviable accommodation in four self-contained living areas. We are a 28 bedded Residential Home with Nursing Care for people with Learning Disabilities. We are passionate about providing excellent care and support to individuals in our care. As a support worker, you will have the opportunity to be part of 1000s of stories of inspiring care and support for our residents. As a support worker you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too – our residents participate in day trips, charity events and much more! What we’ll give you:
