The Role:

This position is designed for an individual eager to drive the growth of the team and manage an increasing workload from a diverse client base, including landowners, residential developers, and banks. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional advice and services, situated within a dynamic team of 25 surveyors across four offices.

We're Seeking:

• Expertise in Valuations: Strong background in preparing Red Book Valuations for residential and development properties, with experience in residual/development appraisals seen as a valuable addition.
• Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the local residential market, enabling informed and strategic advice.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with colleagues and clients, promoting a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Self-Motivation: Exceptional time management and initiative, with a focus on self-driven progress and achieving results.
• Representation Skills: Comfortable and competent in representing the team at various business development meetings and events.

Requirements:

• MRICS qualification and status as an RICS Registered Valuer.
• A full UK driving license for client and site visits across the region.
