Nursing Home Manager - £55,000 - £60,000 – Newcastle-under-Lyme
SYK are proud to be working with a client who are recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to join their Team. This is a great opportunity to work as a Home Manager with a well established Management support team in an award winning home.
The purpose built home is based in the Newcastle-under-Lyme area of Stoke-on-Trent and provides around the clock care for residents living with Dementia / Alzheimer’s and variety of other General Elderly care needs. It’s a medium sized home looking for an experience Home Manager with a proven track record working as a Home Manager.
What the role offers –
As Home Manager, you will take responsibility for the clinical, operational and financial performance of the home, ensuring a high-quality and cost-effective service which meets the needs of residents and exceeds regulatory requirements. You will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management, and will monitor, coach and support the care, nursing and ancillary teams.
