Job description
We are seeking to appoint an administrator to join our team and help students with SEND to access the curriculum and to achieve their potential in our unique, oversubscribed all-through school.
The ideal candidate will have:-
Excellent communication skills
Excellent administrative and IT skills
Excellent organisational skills
The ability to work with complete discretion and confidentiality
The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, organised and flexible to provide administrative all-through support for the SENDCos. You will also work proactively with teachers and outside agencies to promote the inclusion of students so that they have equal access to learning opportunities. You will liaise with external professionals, arrange meetings, organise calendars for the SEND team and oversee the administration and paperwork within the EHCP process.

The role is for 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus INSET days)
