This exciting organisation is seeking a customer account coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing customer service and administrative support to suppliers and customers. This includes providing a high standard of customer service to clients at all times, booking travel for staff on their internal systems, ensuring suppliers and clients have all relevant information, supporting Account Managers and any other ad-hoc duties needed by the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in customer service and coordination will help you succeed in this role. You're IT literate and have experience using multi-systems and can pick new systems and processes easily. You have excellent communication skills, along with great organisation and attention to detail. Ideally, you will also come from a travel/hospitality background.
What you'll get in return
