Location: Bournemouth/Hybrid

Secondment until the end of 2024

Role Description

To work under the Reporting and BI Manager as a lead specialist to plan, design, implement and maintain the Finance Department’s suite of Business Intelligence (BI), Reporting and Planning systems, mainly Essbase.

The role will encompass acting as a lead specialist for development work on our existing systems, as well as taking on ownership of new system implementation projects as the Financial Systems landscape changes over time. The role holder will require extensive experience of working in a full systems development lifecycle environment and should be comfortable with all aspects of systems development and communicating with all levels of staff.

Some level of accounting knowledge, specifically around BI, Reporting and Planning required.

Flexible approach to working hours as there will be some work required outside of normal business hours required to support upgrades and implementations.

Highly PC literate with advanced skills in MS Office.
